The Origin Story

CallBoard was born from frustration. After years of tracking calls on paper, losing receipts, and manually calculating earnings, I realized there had to be a better way. The tools available were either too complex, too expensive, or built by people who'd never pushed a road case.

So I built CallBoard—the tool I wished I had when I started in theater. Simple, focused, and built by someone who actually does this work.

Our Mission

Empower stagehands and theater technicians with tools to track their work, manage their finances, and grow their careers. No bloat, no nonsense—just features that matter to people who work in live entertainment.

Current Status: Beta

CallBoard is currently in private beta with invite-only access. We're intentionally growing slowly to ensure quality, gather feedback, and build features that truly serve the stagehand community.
