CallBoard is a crew management platform designed for the live entertainment industry. We're currently in development, and these terms cover both our current website and the future platform.

Waitlist Registration

When you join our waitlist, you agree to:

Account Creation (Future)

When CallBoard launches, you'll need to create an account. You'll be responsible for:

SMS Communications and Opt-In Process

How Users Consent to SMS Notifications

When users sign up for CallBoard, they complete the following opt-in process for SMS notifications:

Signup Flow

  1. User visits CallBoard website and clicks "Join the Waitlist" or "Get Early Access"
  2. User enters their name, email, and phone number in the signup modal
  3. User sees a clear checkbox with the text: "I agree to receive work-related SMS notifications from CallBoard"
  4. User must actively check this box to proceed with signup
  5. User submits the form, providing explicit consent for SMS communications

SMS Message Types

Users who opt in will receive the following types of SMS messages:

  • Two-factor authentication codes for secure login
  • Work call offers and availability requests
  • Schedule confirmations and updates
  • Critical work-related notifications and alerts
  • Schedule changes or emergency updates

Opt-Out Process

Users can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any SMS message
  • Updating their notification preferences in their CallBoard account
  • Contacting support at [email protected]

"CallBoard: Your verification code is 482751. Enter this code to complete your login."
"CallBoard: Schedule update: Tomorrow's call moved to 2:00 PM (was 1:00 PM). Location unchanged. Reply STOP to opt out."

CallBoard's SMS communications comply with:
